It began in her 30s with the elegant Speyside Scotches—embodying understated confidence, quiet strength, and timeless style. Now, in her 40s, she finds herself, as we all do, captivated by a new expression: Japanese whisky.

We feel deeply aligned with its essence—the Monozukuri spirit of Japan. Integrity. Precision. Beauty found in restraint.

For a time, this was a personal passion. But one evening, a simple question changed everything: “What if we could share this with the world?”

That question turned our journey into our mission. We translated this passion into action, creating exclusive, curated tasting experiences in some ofTokyo's most intimate bars. We've had the privilege of guiding artists, entrepreneurs, chefs, and creative leaders from around the globe.
